Trimbody MD HCG Diet Shots, Internet

I was lured into TrimbodyMD by their Groupon claim that by taking B-12 shots you could lose weight and for $45 I was willing to give it a try.  By MY scale I was 136 lbs., by theirs I was 140lbs.  Either way I wanted to be at 118 lbs.  

Spoke to Mike who talked me into HCG shots and diet/food delivery.  $1600!!!  I think what got me was how he told me we would have to customize my diet and not go the full 30 days since I only wanted to lose less than 20 lbs.  Said to call him ANYTIME and he would support me and encourages all his dieters to call him for support.  The greatest thing was that it would NEVER come back.  Reset my metabolism at the lower weight.

I should have known something was wrong at my first shot appointment.  I waited 2 hours!!! I talked myself out of that notion and proceeded with what I can only look back and say is my nightmare!

Signed up for my food choices, which I was told I would be able to change weekly if I choose.  This was not the case and no one seemed to be able to help me.  If I ever look at asparagus  again, it will be too soon!  Yep, that's right, an entire month of the choices I made that first day.

To be honest, I would be looking back laughing at the asparagus had the diet worked.  Not only was the wait time at the office always at least an hour, Mike, who was always going to be there for me was MIA!  Called him repeatedly on days 8 & 9 when my weight loss stopped all together.  Never answered his phone or called me back.

I called and left a message for the manager, Christy, on Monday morning.  She got back to me, very apologetic and told me she would resolve everything and to ask for her when I came in.  Set up an appt. with her.  Another long wait.  Told me to stop eating the assigned fruit, increase my HCG shots and they gave me diet pills to help with the weight loss.

The entire month goes like this, with me only eating what they deliver, minus the fruit and thats if they remember to deliver the food and the appointments where everyone is rude and doesn't care what time your appointment was for, you'll be waiting at least an hour.

We now EXTEND the diet because come the end of the cycle, I'm still 10 lbs away from my goal of 118. The lowest I got on this 500 calorie a day diet with the help of diet pills was 121.  I never cheated and did what they said.  It all came back!
