I signed up for a trial offer for these supplements.  No where in the information was there a disclaimer that I would receive additional supplements each month and no information at what additional costs would be.   The trial was $4.95/bottle and once we realized what we were being charged $84+ per bottle, 2 bottle a month, it was a painstaking process to locate the company as there was nothing on any shipping labels etc. to have a number to call etc.  I am out oalmost $700 due to them taking this money directly out of my bank account.  When I finally found  the phone # to call they refused to take back unopened, sealed bottles or do any type of refund.  All they did was canccel this and offer me free products for the inconvenience.  i actually found these supplements on Amazon for $10/bottle and bought them prior to receiving these additional bottles.  The customer service rep was no help at all and would not let me talk to a supervisor at all.   Once this was all figured out, my bank cannot refund any unauthorized charges past 60 day so now I will only receive about $160 back from this entire fiasco.

In addition, I requested the company forward me the agreement that I signed or committed to that would allow them to take the money out of my account and ship me additional products and they told me that was not possible.  I have never dealt with a more unprofessional company and who sends invoices that have no company name, no amount your being charged etc.  I'm just completely disgusted.
