Buyer Beware

Tried to order online one of the trimmers.

His website said ordered,   paid,         Never did it update with shipping information.

I left 3 telephone messages asking for a call back.   No calls ever came back.

Finally after several weeks I emailed again telling him that I would be cancelling order on my credit card if I did not get tracking information.

Respons was,   I have directly contacted the Ireland distribution and they will be shipping it out today from Ireland.

I asked for tracking information within 24 hrs or I would be cancelling order.

Did not receive any response.

Mean while I had also sent an email to Ireland directly showing all purchase information etc.

9 days later I get a response from Ireland saying sorry after checking into this situation I found that this dealer in the US has no stock and isn't an active dealer with us any longer.

They wanted me to simply order from thier website so it could be shipped out from there.  And to get a refund from the US dealer.

I said that he was thier dealer,  they had the relationship with him,  They should take ownership of this issue and refund me directly.  Since the US fellow already delayed and lied about the situation I had no faith in his willingness to cooperate and that if they truly existed and cared they would take ownership of this and move forward.

To the Ireland location credit,   I had a refund within the hour

So,   the us dealer lied through his teeth about even contacting Ireland,  then did not communicate about anything.

The Ireland location is a bit more cooperative.

I did reorder.    Will see how quickly it ships this time and how the product works
