Trimsport and Health Clense 360 continue to charge my account even after I canceled . internet, Internet

I ordered the trimsport and health cleanse as a "free" trial offer. After the trial period ended I canceled and was then charged the full price on my credit card  two seperate times for this product of which I never received. When I called to inquire, I got the run around and they would not simply cancel my order and remove the charges they instead tried to fancy talk me that my free trail was the first 2 weeks and not the advertised $3.95  charge (they said it was shipping costs) that was also charged on my credit card account. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was rudely told that she would just tell me the same thing and I should just let him talk - the representative was condescending and never did let me speak to his superior. I contacted my credit card company and had to ask them to look into this- what a mess. I would not recomend anyone get involved with these companies. I did not ask for anything difficult just to cancel my order and remove the charges from my account for a product that I never received. The  product was $80+ each and they charged me for each product twice so I have well over $300 billed to my account for a product that I never received and I still have not gotten to the bottom of this.
