Trinity Custom Home Montgomery Alabama

 I have been in my home just a year and a couple of months with on going problems the entire time. Not just when I moved in but had to get a lawyer and a engineer to come in for inspections because I think they had the inspector here in their pocket. He never said nothing was wrong. The works advised me that my footage was off because the framing was not fitting and SAS having a hard time finishing the job. My lawyer and my Engineer advised me thast there were problems. Trinity my an effort to fix several problems but just kept making all kinds of excuses. I had a three different fasmers on the job site. But to make a nightmare shorter, Trinity uses cheak labors and materials and dfo very unprofessional work. These are some of my issues now: my floors are very sqeeky, the up stair floors are the worst, it has a hump in the floor and when you walk on them it sounds like you are about to go through thee floor and some of the floor moves.

I recently just changed my floors in the family room, foyer and the worked had to put shingles under the hard word floor because the was low in spots so uneven. The framing of the windows are very cheap, bugs come inside all my window s due to the screen not fitting all the way down on the frame so I I wanted to let my windows up I can't because bugs would come inside my house. Trinity said their was nothing they could do. Another issue is my ceiling, from the beginning the ceiling looks like lines in the ceiling and it looks like the ceiling is sagging. Trinity have been trying to cheaply fix these problems but haven't and now that my year is up they there is nothing they can do even though this has been going on since day one when I moved in. My advise to anyone wanting to use Trinity to build their home it would not be a good decision. They only take advantage of people and should be stop from building homes all together. I am spending money fixing on a brand new home that Trinity should have been responsible for.
