Do not work for these people! Referance load number 4415449. They sent us to Hartland WI. Truck was loaded and double tarped because they informed us delivery of the pump station would be made in a building, with an overhead crane. The operator said he would like to write down a delivery time on the bill of lading just as a referance point which can be changed at any time.

Monday morning, we called to give them a check call to let them know ware we were. Got an answering machine, so I figured it was to early and best to call back later. We called the phone number for delivery and it was a cell phone that went to voice mail, we left several messages with no response. We headed to our other stop instead figuring they needed more time. Around 10am, Trinity dispachers start taking turns calling us and screaming in the phone at us. After the third or fourth call I started to screem back. What a bunch of children with no respect for drivers. They have no clue what it takes to safely load and deliver any thing. They didan't give us the delivery details on the rate confermation sheet, then blame us when it doesent get completed the way they want.

An hour later we got to Overland Park KS. to complete the delivery, just as they sent us an email cancelling the delivery and informed us of a jobsite delivery with a portable crane. WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO HAVE THIS INFORMATION EARLIER! We have a clean signed bill of lading from tuesday morning, customer was happy. Turns out Midwest Crane Service double booked the crane and it never showed up on site monday morning. It has been over 70 days with no payment. I have made a dozen attemps to talk with these people and they don't return calls or hang up. Very poor and unprofessional business practices. We suggest you get paid up front to work for these people or you will get ripped off by them.

Theft of Services

Tirinity changes the story everytime its mentioned, talked about or written. If there was crane charges they would have an invoice, a bill or a statement from the crane company to back them up. It would sure cover a lot of questions. They will never show one because they stole the money, so I will continue to complain about them till we settle this. I would have enjoyed talking with them about this but they break out in some kind of rant like a bunch of children. In the background you will here the laughing and fist bumps. When people think they have to yell and not let you say anything it shows they are hiding somthing and are afraid to let you speak because they are wrong or stupid!

I had the privliage to talk with one of their drivers in a truck stop and he informed me that they nicknamed the dispatch office "Broke Back Mountain". If you work for them you will be "Broke, you will never go "Back" and you will be thrown on the "Mountain" of shame that they have. I thought this was interesting because we work with hundreds of companys and people and never ran into such a unprofessional attitude.

Trinity steels money, wages or compensation from a hard working truck drivers, this is a discrace to our industry and  they should be put out of business. We will never let these crooks get away with this theft. We Will Not Tire, We Will Not Faulter, We Will Not Fail! Truck Drivers Matter! This delivery was completed in a perfect, profesional manor and the customer was happy. It was Broke Back Mountain who started yelling and screwed this all up. Up till now we have been respectfull and patient. It is time to step up the colection process and I would not want to be on their end of this. All they have to do is pay what they promised and keep there word, this would all go away. Stupid people will not be around to long and I would not invest any time or money with them.

Be carefull not to end up like us with non payment for no reason. I do not recomend anyone work with Broke Back Mountain.

This shipment was tendered to the carrier with a 9am delivery appointment on 11/16.  The appointment was confirmed with the carrier verbally, was on the rate confirmation, and was evident on the BOL.  The carrier is claiming someone told them they could deliver “whenever”, and that there was a stationary crane to unload, but the carrier/driver have not been able to advise who told them that.

This was delivering to a golf course, and of course, not many golf courses have a stationary crane at their site.  This unload required a crane on site, so there was equipment and a crew present for the unload on 11/16 @ 9am.  The carrier chose to deliver "whenever", rather than at the scheduled appointment time.  There was no breakdown; it was simply an issue of the carrier delivering the shipment on their terms rather than at the communicated appointment time.  The crew/crane had to be rescheduled, but they need to be compensated for their time/resources on the 1st attempt, which is what has caused a delay in payment. Our average days to pay carriers is 16 days, so while this sort of delay is certainly unusual, it does not qualify as a "theft of services".

We are working with the agent and customer on this to resolve as soon as possible, but wanted to share what happened on our end in the meantime. Thank you.
