Trinity Public Relations RIPOFF Sold us a magazine subscription but the magazine never came Charlotte North Carolina

Warning! This company moved in October 2005 to avoid the heat. Used to be: Trinity Public Relations of 218 E Bearss Ave #414, Tampa, FL. In once month since they moved, they have had 10 complaints at the BBB.

On February 16, 2005, a salesperson (who signed our reciept as Prlakl Elliott), sold my wife a subcription to the magazine Children's Magic Window. My wife wrote the salesperson a check. She then contacted them within the 3 day window to cancel the subscription. They had already cashed the check, which they were not supposed to do. Trinity Public relations (specifically Mrs. West) then proceeded to give my wife the run around for for eight months. I then called Mrs. Davis (Mrs. Wests' "manager") and She told me that she would send a refund check immediately. We never recieved a refund after 10.5 months.

It is my conclusion that this company only takes your money and never delivers anything and has no intention of giving you a magazine. They use lots of excuses such as "We no longer carry that magazine" or "I apoligize for all the inconvenience this has caused you"
Furthermore, I believe they moved to North Carolina from Florida to put some distance between themselves and the people they have ripped off. They are no longer a member of the BBB and probably have no intention of ever being.
