Triple A Fraud Deceptive Enrollment 41042 Kentucky

 I went to a Triple A Store in Florence/Union KY and purchased two upgrades to Premier and added a Premier membership. I was told that this is what I was paying for. I received temporary cards for 3 premier memberships. Within 2 weeks I received all 3 Premier cards and a welcome letter and a booklet to Premier services. Then about 2 weeks later, I received a down graded membership packet with cards. I called Triple A and the story kept changing. First was that I had requested the change, but oddly enough did not receive a refund check for the difference. Then I never had Premier, but yes in fact it was in the system, they said I called in to make the change. Then the final story was I never paid for Premier. The resolution they gave me was to call back tomorrow.

Fraud - they tell you that you are purchasing one membership then send your downgraded status in the mail.
