I'm The Father of My Daughter "Kathy" Who was Hired By Triple S' Properties In Springfield Missouri' To Clean Empty apartments That Company manages . Last Week Between October 22-to 26Th 2012' My Daughter' "Kathy' age 35' Cleaned an apartment at 228 Tracker Road in Nixa Missouri' My Daughter Later was told by a Manager named " Becky" of Triple S' Properties That she was Not going to pay my Daughter " Kathy' The Manager " Becky" Claimed My Daughter did not clean the apartment and refused to pay Kathy for that excuse." My Daughter has worked at cleaning houses before for some very wealthy people' and All those people was more than pleased with her work' She had many who would Only want her to clean their Homes cause they was more than pleased with her work." I' my self as her father know that Kathy is a really Picky Clean person' Her own home She keeps so clean you would Not be afraid to eat off the floor' Kathy' Has also worked at Air port security ' So I' Know How my Daughter Is and She takes Pride in her work' and is Honest' You half to have a really clean record to get hired In security at any Air Port." My Daughter has Cleaned My House before and She does a remarkable Job." The Day she cleaned the apartment In Nixa that Becky' the Manager claims she did not clean at all' So Happens their was a Maintenance Man that seen Kathy Cleaning that apartment and My Daughter talked to him some on that Day." So she has a witness Plus her Husband Helped Kathy clean the apartment so that is another witness ." My Daughter had to Drive at least 20-miles from her home to that Apartment she cleaned' Gasoline is Not cheap. Wondering How many other people Becky that Manager has Scammed out of hard working money so she can stuff it in her own pocket.??? People Like "Becky" The Manager of Triple S' Properties' Cheating people out of money being crooked and Greedy is whats Hurting this country today' Our worst Enemy's Is Not the terrorist' Its people Like Becky' who is going to Destroy this country from being so Money hungry and crooked and Harming the nations economy by Stealing money from people who won't have that money to spend to help support Businesses !!! Do Not Do Business with Triple S' Properties !!! They have a Crook working for them."

Triple S Properties apologizes for any disagreements between employees. However, the apartment managers are not authorized to make decisions such as the payroll, as was mentioned in the complaint. When we have an employee/sub contractor go out to clean an apartment it is inspected by the apartment manager and then the owner. From here there pictues are taken, maintenance make ready/ repairs are to be done, then apartment cleaning and carpet cleaning last. When Kathy (former sub contractor with Triple S Properties) was given the apartment at Southernwood in Nixa MO, she was told that the apartment was in bad shape and would need a full clean.
We have a preformance log that each maintenance / cleaning persons turn in at the end of each day. These preformance logs are very specific as to what is done with each minute of their time.
When Kathy handed in her preformance log it was very specific, every last detail was listed. However, after the inspection was done from the property manager (Becky), what had been listed by Kathy that was completed, was actually not finished.
Becky sent myself an e mail stating that she didn't feel as if Kathy had completed her work and that she should not be compensated for the whole 5+ hours spent on the apartment. Becky was told that she was not authorized to make decision and the owner of the company would make that decision.
Becky, who at that time, was the property mananger, had to go into the apartment herself and clean. The kitchen floor was still filthy, as you could see there was still dirt left behind that had not been swept up nor had the floor been mopped. The bathroom shower still had black residue in the bottom of the tub that looked as if it had not even been sprayed with a cleaner, or attempted to be scrubbed. We do understand that sometimes not everything left behind from prior tenants is cleanable but should at least be attempted.
As an employee I understand that mistakes happen and that you sometimes look over things. When Kathy ws confronted about not completing her job she disagreed. However, I do have pictures to prove that the job was not completed properly. We look at this as costly. From a companies stand point, we want to send someone in to do the job once and for it to be done right.
We had to send our full time cleaning out to the property to have it cleaned again, which still took her 3 hours because of all that was missed after Kathy had been in that partiular unit. This again cost us double to have an apartment cleaned.
This was not the only property that Kathy cleaned for us. After each cleaning she did, we walked the unit as we do with cleaning, maint, etc., as that is part of our procedure. The unit at Southernwood was not the only issue we had with her job not properly being finished.
When showing a potential tenant a property, if something is left dirty, it is noticable which reflects bad on the company.
Triple S Properties did compensate Kathy for ALL of her cleaning and mileage, as she only cleaned 3 properties for us. Kathy would have been compensated in a more timely manner if all the paperwork was properly submitted for payroll.
Again, I apologize for any discrepancies but this issue was handled properly. Kathy was released from her position with the company and paid for all her work/hours.
