Be careful when you book tours with this company. They operate several websites, such as beachdestinations.com

Check their online reputations on these before you send the money. That is the mistake I made. I found out after I made the payment in Feb. Called them the next day to cancel. They first quoted ~$600 cancellation fees (due to airline fee), and then delayed my cancellation, raised the cancellation fee to more than $1,800. They said that's the fee they paid for non-refundable tickets. But when I asked them to show me the airline confirmation ticket #, they didn't exist with the airlines. They couldn't show me the proof that they incurred these fees either.
I am filing complains with BBB. Also, plan to go to small claim court if it doesn't get resolved.
