Tripple Crown Publications Tripple Crown Productions I ordered a book off line and they took the money out my account and I still have no book and can not get no answer or refund. they sent out an email with wrong dates told me weeks ago to wait it out Columbus, Ohio

My fiancee and I ordered a book called Dirty Red from triple Crown Publications around the first of June 2012 for my birthday on the 21 of June. They took the money off my card around the second of June.
I had started calling and leaving e-mails when I got their e-mail telling me that my order was made on the 1/06/2012 and had been sent out around 08/2012. When I was finally able to get someone on the phone they told me the computer made an error and to expect the book in a couple days.

I told them I had no problem with that and that I could wait two more days and they call back if I still hadn't gotten my books that was at the end of the second week of June. On Wednesday the third week in June I found my self calling again only getting different voice mail responses.

One response you will hear is a lady say thank you for calling tripple crown publications we are not in the office but if you will leave your name and number someone will get back to you. And the other was a automated recording that sounds like someones personal home voice messaging system.

After they got the email from me letting them know that I was considering a lawsuit a lady from their shipping department contacted me via email first and basically told me she could give me my money back if that's what I wanted so I sent a response back say I did want my money back and still nothing to date.

I had gotten a call from someone at triple crown publications last week on Thursday who was trying to get me to keep holding out for the book and it was making me more and more agitated and I started to blow up and began demanding my money back.

They lady tried to tell me she did not have to except my attitude and hung up on me and all I was trying to explain to her was that my fiancee was leaving town for good and how we wanted the book to come before my b-day so he would have been able to sign it for me and gift it to me.

I then tried to explain to her that he had already gone and I had no book and did not want it but that all I wanted was my money. Like I said she just hung up even after I apologized to her for my attitude and I really do not see why I it's so hard for them to give me my money back.

Now I want to take out a class action suit if possible against triple crown publications for all the extra added stress I am having to go through to get my money back.
