Trips 2 Earth Rooms 101 Trips2earht charged me for a trip that I didn't take. Internet

I booked a trip through trips2earth  which I found on the,I first book my trip 12/2007 and was set up to make payment up until the month that my trip was to take place which was 7/28/2008 thru 8/2/2008.my payment was to be taken out of my checking account each month.,

Trips 2 earth used another company to book the property which is paradise,at this company I spoke with a young lady name Vanessa who I signed a rental agreement with and gave me all the information about the house like parking permit,direction and so on.All of which was done on the phone,Internet and mail.

The house cost $915.90 I paid $335 down so far and was due to pay the balance of $580.90 by 7/2008,on July 11,2008 I called to postpone my trip and spoke with Michele Teitelbaum from trips2 earth she inform me that I can postpone my trip and take it  at a later date and I will not lose any money that I put down.

But if I canceled the trip that I would be charged for one night because the trip was to take place in 2 weeks and I was now changing the date.So I decided to leave my dates open because at this point I wont be able to take my trip until next year some time.

I called trips2 earth on 9/11/2009 to re-book my trip and I was inform that I can't re-book my trip because paradise said that I took the trip in July,I spoke with Vanessa from paradise and she claim that she have a cleaning contract stating that we stayed in the property.

When I ask her how could I have took a trip that I never finish paying for she said that her paper work say that I stayed.I then ask her if trips 2 earth ever inform her that I postpone my trip and she inform me that they sent her that information after the trip was supposed to be taken.

Now trips2 earth is telling me that it's out of their hands and I have to deal with paradise.I feel like I should not loose my money because they (trips2earth) did not notify paradise that the trip was postpone,I don't understand why I should suffer because Michele didn't live up to her end of the agreement.

They are trying to rip me off because they messed up. I advise any one that take vacation to not use this company they do not look out for their customer.I have never known anyone that let you take a trip that was not fully paid for .
