I ordered a TWEEZE - Automatic Tweezer System from an infomercial on tv, the product was damaged and items were missing!
As if that were'nt enough, they charged my credit card $65.87, not the advertised $19.95 + $7.99 Postage & Handling. Where they got the amount of $65.87 I don't know!!! Needless to say I had to cancel my credit card.
I tried contacting TRISTAR PRODUCTS INC.first thru email @ TVInventions.com, only to find out that website does not exist. I then attempted to call them at #973-287-5100, and after waiting over 20 min. I gave up. I've been trying to call them ever since. However, after reading all the other stories of how this company has ripped off so many other people, I have a feeling it's just gonna be MY LOSS!
I can only hope that karma will soon catch up with them!!!!
