I was contacted by Anna Langston who claimed she had a buyer for 2 of the weeks we held with Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya.
She said I should pay RTR (Resort Timeshre Resales) for advertising in the amount of $899 US but that this would be returned staright away as she alrady had a buyer for the 2 weeks. I asked her to send me the info and the forms.
My charge card was debited on August 1st. When I received the statement I called and told her I had not given authorization and indeed sent the form saying I was not interested after reading the reviews.She said the monies would be credited which they never have.
I have tried to call after I recieved the next statement when there was no credit and all numbers given are not in service.
