Triumph PC Care Ramzitsolutions.com PC repair con artists, liars, and rip-offs Internet

Early October, October 8th,2015, my computer picked up a virus. Triumph solicited over the internet to remove said virus. Triumph also offered online software support and added a Malwarebytes Premium Subscription, which I was charged $149.99 for their services. I was told they would call me to inform me the problem was taken care of and see how my computer was acting.

When I checked out the computer, it seemed to be working properly. At the end of the day, I turned the computer off. The next morning I restarted my computer to find it was worse than before Triumphcare performed their services. I called immediately and informed a person by the name of James, of my discovery, and requested a refund of my money. The refund amount stated by James was $41.99.

TriumphPCcare emailed a receipt to me, but have not refunded my money.

On 10/26/2015, James called me and informed me my refund would appear in my bank account within 7 days.

On 10/29/2015, James called me and said the refund would appear in my bank account within 3 days.

On 11/09/2015, I contacted Triumph and informed the gentleman what I was clling about. He informed me James would call me in an hour. An hour and a half had passed, so I called Triumph and spoke with James. I asked where my refund was and he hung up. I tried four more times to contact him and he just kept hanging up.

Today is 11/09/2015, I have not received my refund yet.
