Mr. Troy Durr charges people deposits for low/no income apartments run by the government and once they are paid, claims that they have not been paid. He then tries to force himself sexually on the female occupants in exchange for the deposits and if they do not submit to him, he then serves them with eviction notices. Most of these women have children and have no where to go and no money. This is not a worry to Mr. Durr. All he is interested in is either the women's money or their bodies. Period. Mr. Durr is also a married man, a preacher and has an apartment of his own in the complex that he uses for sexual encounters with these women. He has at least one of these women pregnant with his child. I honestly do not think he should be running government property.
