Troy from swift funds Do not let them get away with your money California California

Troy is a very rude person. My gym membership was sent to collections. I then called my gym and we settled an agreement that I would start remaking my monthly payments. Next thing you know $400 is missing from my bank from swift funds. I called them and they answered the phone "hello?" like they were at home. I then asked them why I was being charged and they refused to give me any info unless I paid them $500 volunteerly or they would go in my account and take it out themselves. I then called my bank to file a report. After 3 months of this case going on, my case analyst connects me to troy. This man cursed me out so bad. Ive never in my life had a company talk to me this way. He said "We dont have your money, Im not giving you any money back. We have charges against you. You idiot". My bank now refuses to give me a refund for the amount that was taken out and now im out of $400. 3 months of fighting for my money for no reason.
