Troy's Autocare Damaged Our Vehicle/ Did Not Fix Car!! Temple Texas

My fiance  called Troy's Automotive because his car would not crank up anymore. When it did crank it would cut back off.  The heater also did not work. Troys Autocare said they could diagnose it.

Well they really did not know what they were doing. We had our car towed to his shop and diagnosed.He told us the starter was out and there were wires under dash that were burned out. We specifically asked them would those two problems make our car stop cutting off and start running. They said they think so. Well we told them could they also fix our heater? 

He said yes but it would be $100 and something more. When Troy called us to pick up our car, we paid $545. The passenger door would no longer open and the passenger window was leaning off panel.

He tried to tell us our car came to him that way from towing company.So we began calling the tow company asking them what happened to our car. Troy lied. The car crunk but took a while before catching to crank up.

The heater only blew air. We drove home and began hearing noise when we turned car off. The heat never came on.

We took our car back to him. We told him someone needed to fix our window and door because it was not like that when we dropped it off. He then said he looked on his camera and seen that it wasn't and he would fix it. We told him our heater does not work still and now our car makes noise. 

He said leave the car  with him again. So we did. He called us back and said we had no heater its been bypassed.

We complained to him why he said our heater was working when it really didn't. He refunded us for fixing our blower and he put our window up. He said it was fixed but we can't roll the window down nor open our passenger door. Our car has began making noise that it didn't make before. I do not recommend this shop for any vehicle.
