Troy's Floral Not a Local Company as Advertised - Did Not Deliver Internet

Was looking for a local florist to deliver flowers to my mother in the hospital in Texas.  Website states they are a local florist - thery are in New Jersey!  They promised same-day delivery. When the flowers hadn't been delivered after two days, I called and was told that there are no florists willing to deliver to the hospital where my mother is because it is in a rural area!  It happens to be in a very populated area and there is a florist across the street!  They said they had called and sent an email cancelling my order, but they did neither.  I will be checking my credit card statement for the refund - and I now have the number of a truly local florist I will use exclusively for floral deliveries! DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR!
