CCB Credit Services notified me that I owed 139.97 to RFS Limited LLC.  Amount was for weith loss supplement.  I did not order and did not receive this.  Was told this happened on November 9, 2013.  I never received a bill for this item and will not pay for something I did not order.  They stated they would report to the company and the credit bureaus.

I received a letter from a ccb credit services to pay a debit of 139.97 to TRS LIMITTED LLC for an order that I did not placed and I did not received. I just call the phone no. on the letter and disputed it. What should I do please?

TRS LIMITED LLC CCB Credit Services Inc Just like many others, I have receieved a letter from CCB Credit Services Inc. saying they are collecting $139.97 on behalf of TRS LIMITED LLC. I never heard of either of these two, nor revceived any invoices/bills from TRS or CCB in the past. I have responded advising I dispute this debt and asking to provide information on whom and why they think I owe money, amount and age of the debt, and CCB authority to collect debt from me ,I am not sure they have a nationwide license to do so. With so many people reporting this scam, shall a class action against both CCB and TRS be started? TRS - for false debt claim and CCB for not performing due due diligence on debts they are collecting? Springfield Illinois

CBC CREDIT SERVICES TRS LIMITED LLC Got a piece of mail that look like a check I opened it and noticed it was CCB Credit Services saying that I owe $139.97 so I called the number listed and they said it was for coffee green Max supplement pills that I paid $6.95 for shipping and this hundred $39 is for some kind of thing I supposedly signed up for to receive more pills this happened supposedly July 3rd 2013 and I have never even heard of these green coffee Max supplement pills in my life nor have I bought them Springfield, IL Illinois
