TRS Limited LLC via CCB Credit Services non-descriptive debt from TRS Ltd Springfield Illinois

Received a threat letter from CCB Credit Svcs saying that there is an outstanding debt of $139.97 from TRS Limited LLC.

It doesn't state what the debt is for, or when the debt was incurred.  Also, the addressee is for someone who doesn't, nor hasn't lived at my address (same last name...that's it).

I have not incurred any debt from TRS Limited.

They (CCB Credit Services) say I have to respond in writing or the debt collection will go forward???  If I respond in writing, however, CCB Credit Services says it will provide me with the name and address of the original creditor, if different from the current creditor (TRS Limited LLC).

This smells fishy to me..... and it appears as if other across the U.S. have received similar letters. Someone needs to find out what is going on.
