I have received 3 collection notices from this company in just 10 days.
Each notice is for the same day, same dollar amount, same store but with different reference numbers.
The notices claim that I wrote a bad check at WalMart. I do not shop at WalMart.
After the 1st notice, I contacted my bank and they have no such transaction on my account. My bank told me to ignore the notices.
I will be sending my bank the copies of the notices I received as well as the BBB and FBI.
This person needs to be stopped. Someone who may not know better may actually pay them for their fraud.
Their website links do not work. The only link on their site that works is the link to a form that asks personal and very detailed bank information.
