They sent my husband a notice that a check had come back unpaid. which is not true as our bank covers them all,and the bank would have gotten the check first which they had not recieved ..So check with your bank if in doubt. Do not let them get access to your bank account as they may take out more than intended...these people use tele-a-check. So I am going to talk to the company in question and have their corporate office do some checking also..
