I ordered door handle chrome covers and mirror chrome covers for my F150 2002 ford pickup/I was asked if I had keypads on the handles and signals on the mirrors, I told them no! at least 3 times on both items they kept asking me if I was sure.
The first item came in two days! guess what wrong part, I requested a return number and received it right away. Afew days later the secound item came, wrong part.
I requested 6 times for the return number and have called them everyday since 02/02/06. At one point I talked to a lady who told me this number would be in my email that night, guess what it never came I keep calling I get put on hold, or hung up on.
I spoke with another lady on 02/07/06 Who tells me they are going to send UPS out to pick up this item on 02/08 and after it is in the hands of UPS they will refund my card. 02/10 I call, as soon as i tell them who I am I get put on extended hold or hung up on. At one point I was explaning why I was calling and they hung up on me again.
I'm ready to have a break down over this crap, this company has no customer service skills or company rules for being honest, I left voice mails. I feel like this is a personal attack for what ever reasons, I can't beleave this and I don't know what to do.

Here it is March 12,2002, And I still have not had responce back from this company. They have there mrechandice. And I still have not received any refund, phone call or email from them. I am sure this is how they do business with all!! If you don't have money to burn don't order from them, They don't hold up to what they advertise There rude when you try to contact them. They act like the money is theres' and stop bugging them. This whole thing is dam right crazy, I've never came across such crap in my life.
