This company is run by a cold hearted money hungry moron.  I have one child who was getting married.  This company was hired to do the get ready hair and make up.  They only sent one person to do everyone and her schedule was off. I arrived with my hair already done and only needing a scar to be covered. She had me sitting and waiting for over an hour and then put my own lipstick on me and charged me $80.00 to do it.  I then had to go get dressed and by this time, all of the get ready photos were done while I was in my room getting dressed.  I came out and the photographer was leaving. I had to wait until the photos were done to make sure that I did not write something that did not happen, but they are very clear that the grooms mother was in absolutely no photos due to the bad timing of the make up artist.  She should have known to get the mothers both done first so that they can help their children get ready for their big day, but she took me last instead and ruined the day for me.  I gave her a chance to make it right by contacting her and she said "Oh, well, you can't please everyone"  What a bad customer service attitude to have!!
