I purchased my True Ceramic Pro from Advanced Beauty Solutions .com in March of 2005. Received the Straightening Iron in April of 2005. The paintstarted chipping of the plates in August of 2005 and by the end of November 2005 I plugged my straightening iron and had no power. I tried everything and still no power. I called (877)444-3776 and spoke to Maria who said they would get me out a new one right of way. A couple weeks went by and nothing so I tried calling the number several time and received a message stating they were updating there phone systems for better customer service. I tried e-mailing customer service several times and no reply. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and filed a complaint thru them to try and get a replacement iron or my money back. They have just contact me today to let me know they are going to close my complaint because they are unable to contact them or get a reply from them. The Advanced Beauty Solutions website is no longer existing. I am know out $140.00.
