true north advocates Midwest center for anxiety and depression $100.00 billed to credit card with out my knowledge for services not requested Internet

Email showed a 10 minute coaching with Lucinda Basserr.  Midwest Center Curious I called to find out more.  Left message wanted info.  Missed return call.  Let it go decided I was not interested  Next thing I know i found a 100.oo chanrge on credit card.

had thought about doing Lucindas Anxiety program... Called and asked for program.  At that time I was unaware I would need eye surgery and insurance woulsd not cover all.  When program came I sent it back.  Called MWC and told them package was coming back. financial reasons  Was asked if I opened  the package.  Said no. Supposed to open package to get info on how to return it.  Was told if I wanted to keep program I could get for $200.00. Original cost was $400.00.   Said I would try it.  Account was closed.  Changed my mind as $$ for eyeys was coming in.  Called andsaid I was sending package back.  Was told I could only get $58.00 back.  Blew my temper at who ever I talked to and hung up  I want my $400.00 back

Return received without authorization         number or outside return period willbe a discretionj of MWC may be subject to $89.95 restocking fee.

MWC had no business turning my name over to True North and Charging me !00.00 for something I did not ask for

Called true north.  Said they would cancel me.  I bettter see 100.00 from them and 400.00 from MWC

Received letter from credit card today since Ihave iniitated a dispute they have adjudted minimum payment due This adjustment reflects portion of balance not being disputed.
