Why do you not disclose on your printed information that those of us whom are covered by insurance will be required to have our after-care billed separately to our insurance??? That we are not covered for the 1 year maintenance after surgery? I was never told this by ANYONE!!! I did not know I had to pay co-pays for having "Fills" after I elected to have this surgery!!! I was very clear prior to having surgery my concerns in having it was having to pay an excessive amount for fills I was assure that at the very minimum I would be recieving twelve fills for free I only received one file right after surgery and was told I must pay 75.00 per fill each time after that so I gave up on using them feeling like I had been lied to 5 months after surgery I contact them in questions about their broken promise and it was advised no that is incorrect you should In fact be getting those fills free so now I have gone 6 months no fills no follow up calls no nothing after asking the Plano location time and time again to review it instead of offering me the twelve fills since they failed to honor that they gave me a half assed apology and told me they could only honor 6 now as if it was my fault to begin with them they cancel two appointments last minute only to call and say we no longer offer after care in Fort Worth you must get it in Plano I agree as long as I get the 6 fills because hey 6 beats none right only to receive a call that I am being pushed off on another doctor to have it done and now his clinic charges 150.00 per fill and will only honor 3 of the twelve fore free how fair is this and it seems to be no real resolve in the situation and they are mailing bills that I owe 2500 for anesthesia how can a working class person afford that I would have opted for the sleeve as I advised in the very beginning I am I'm total shock by this experience and I will tell every FAT PERSON I KNOW TO STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY I WILL BE CONTACTING THE MEDICAL BOARD TO SEE WHAT CAN BE DONE ON MY BEHALF IF ANYTHING!!! I cannot believe I actually referred people to them and then it turns absolutely sour for me!!!!
