This group will call and tell you that they already have a buyer for your timeshare --- usually Bluegreen. They reassure you by saying that they have received estoppel and disbursement from the buyer. All you have to do is pay $1,850 and sign the legal documentation.

The sale was to be completed in 2 months. As of today, it has been 4 months going on 5 months.

When calling Customer Service, it is often impossible to contact them. They give the reasons that they were closed for a week or two for the holidays, etc. When I contacted them by e-mail and asked for an immediate reply or I would file a scam report with the New Hampshire Atty. Gen., I received a call from them.

They also "accidentally" took a second $1,850 from our credit card but they did call me and notify me that it had happened and that it was credited back. The credit card company verified this.

They are really slick and give the appearance of being legitimate. However, we were very trusting and soon found out that there are a log of scam artists out there in the timeshare business.
