True West Media More Mileage Now They sold me an advertising campaign for $12,000 which was ineffective Phoenix, Arizona

first off I had to hire a private eye just to get there actually location of there business.  the one I listed on hear is correct the bbb.org listing is just a p.o box.  I spent $12,000 on advertising with this company with not one bit of success. 

there campaign consists of your own website were they claim you will receive a 100,000 hits on over a years time($2200), the making of your own radio ad($3800), the making of your own television ad($4800), and the advertising of what they produced($1200).  When I spoke to there advertising sales agent over the phone, they baited me in saying if I wanted to make $80,000 or more with my business, I would need the campaign for $12,000.  I believed in the product that they were marketing for me, mileagemaxx, so I trusted my campaign would at least get my money back to say the least. 

so far I have received a little over 12,000 hits on my website with no sales accept my one only sale, and no more advertising time.  I feel cheated and scammed.  to start with there quality of product, both there tv and radio ad that were made for me were terrible. 

the tv ad was very generic and stated customers to go to the website listed on there screen which told me for $4800 I am getting a generic commerical and not a unique one of a kind comerrical.  the radio ad was done with a computer aided voice not even a human voice, which is very hard to hear and understand. these were clearly made cheaply with nero or roxio editing software.

 I was also charged for the radio ad $3800 but have never used it nor wanted it so why was I charged for this.  the advertising I was offered to pick from different markets, on the invoice I was never given date or time of exact airing of my commericals.  I had to call the different markets just to see if they were aired so far only two out of my four markets have confirmed my commericals aired. 

that is when I called the true west and demanded a refund.  They acted hurt about it and claimed they had affidavits of the commericals aired. when I asked for a refund they would just ignore me and acted hurt.  I will take legal action if I have to I just want my money back and will do whatever it takes to do so.

I don't want to see others who are wanting to start there own business be scammed by these people.  the actual product, mileagemaxx, for the company who makes this is just a by standard I feel because there product does actually work and there is legit data to back it up.  Even though all these companies have b to b- averages with the bbb.org  don't fall victim to there ways of baiting you and the way they treat you. 

they will take your money and not really care about it, they may offer more advertising for you or give you some of your money back, don't take it.  under the consumer rights act and ftc guidelines you as a customer are entitled to your money back in full, don't be fooled by there mind games and there small talk.  because they did not offer what was baited to you or promised they violate there contract that you sign, legally making it void. 

so if you have been a victim of these companies I suggest you undergo a charge back through your credit card companies and file with bbb.org immediately.
