They have been trying to extort money from me for supposedly owing a Debitor money which is a load of BS. The Companies they been claming to have "hired them" do not operate in the state of New Jersey. I called them out Via Email the last time, and now they are doing it again three months later. and on top of it, They want me to go to a Courthouse in Florida which would take me two days by train as i do not have the money nor the resources to do so.

You don't need to respond to them. In fact, it is best if you don't respond. They are not attorney's nor debt collectors. They are scammers. If you read the notice you posted, they make statements that show they have no idea about the US collection system. The email is meant to intimidate you into paying them something. Don't do it. If you do, you end up on a list of people that have fallen for the scam and that list is sold to other scammers which means you get contacted more often to send money to other scammers. Don't email them. Don't call them. Don't send them money.
