I got a call the first part of Dec. 2003,from a company saying the were a credit repair place. They told me that they could give me a credit card with a $2000.00 limit,so I bought into it. They asked for my checking account number for a one time processing fee of $299,and like an idiot I gave it to them. I thought maybe they could help me with my credit problems.

They took the money out of my account on Dec. 12th,2003. I called them a few days later to check on my package,they said it would be here in 15-20 business days and that it was coming by Fed-X. The 15th day would have been the 27th,so I called them back,and they said because of the holidays there was a slight delay.I waited until the 5th of January,2004,then I called them back,and asked for a tracking number so that I could find out where my package was at,they didn't have it yet,is what I was told. I was told to call back on January 9th, being today and that they would have my tracking number for me.

I called back today and they said that they were delayed again,and it would be another week or two before I would recieve it. They said that they have no tracking numbers and that they send 100's to 1000's of packages out at the same time. I then called back and was talking to a supervisor(or so they said they were),I told them that I was upset and why,they kept giving me the runaround again,so I asked to give me the owners name and number,or to let me talk to one and they hung up on me. I just a little pissed off,evrytime I call I get the runaround, it's either a delay or a different day that it's going to be here,in the mean time I'm out my money for the initial fee of $299,and they don't really care.
