Trust Motors, LLC RUNS SCAMS ON CONSUMERS AND LIES TO FINANCE COMPANIES TO GET FINANCING Jacksonville Florida

I purchased a vehicle from this company and was financed through an outside lender. Over a month later the dealership decides to pick up vehicle with allegations payments were not being made. Payments were sent to finance company not dealership. Called Finance Company they claimed the dealership was the one holding the financing not them. Called Dealership and was told by Henry that the Finance Company picked up the vehicle. Called Abdel at dealership and he refuses to refund deposit paid on vehicle or allow me to obtain personal items that were left in vehicle. The vehicle I was to purchase was in dire need of a lot of work, sensors bad, brakes bad, battery didnot work and tires were full of nails/screws. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY OBTAIN FINANCING BY LYING TO FINANCE COMPANIES ABOUT HOW MUCH OF A DOWNPAYMENT WAS MADE. AS IN MY CASE THEY TOLD FINANCE COMPANY MY DOWNPAYMENT WAS DOUBLE WHAT I ACTUALLY PAID DOWN. THEY SEEK OUT SUBLENDERS TO FINANCE PEOPLE WITH BAD CREDIT. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THESE PEOPLE. IF YOU WERE TO EVEN CONSIDER BUYING FROM THESE PEOPLE I SUGGEST YOU GET AN OUTSIDE MECHANIC TO THROUGHLY CHECK THE VEHICLE BEFOREHAND. WHEN I MENTIONED TO HENRY THE ISSUES, HE CLAIMED IT "MIGHT' BE COVERED UNDER WARRANTY IF I BROUGHT IT IN. SO, I WAS TO LOSE A DAY OF WORK FOR SOMETHING THAT "MIGHT" BE COVERED! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
