Benjamin Mire is the CEO, boss of both Trust Properties and Benjamin Mire Chartered Surveyors Mr David Glass is the founder of Trust Property Service. Benjamin Mire Chartered Surveyors and Trust Properties are also trading from the same office address How can the service provider & the regulatory bodies be under the same roof?

There is this conflict of interest which is very serious issue. Trust Property Management Group plc, (undertakes residential property management services) which floated on AIM in March 2007 subsidiaries, which took over BLR property in 2007.

As soon as they took over the company, the management fee was doubled & sub standard level of service ..in fact the management companies like this a such a rip-off. We have been complaining about the poor services every since they took over & there has been no action taken.

Our telephone entry system is as old as the property 20 years & broken since 2007 which till date 2012 has not been repaired...this is the level of service we get for paying 1200 in service charges for one year(which is the top of the range for managing just 6 one bed flat) The repairs and maintenance work never gets done & despite of numerous complaints

Yet they are proposing to do so called major works which involves nothing but licks of paint for which they are intending to charge 18,000 for a block of flats. This is nothing but day light robbery!!!!

They are threatening us with letters, court notice & legal action..for not paying refurbishment costs. And The Irony of the situation is that even if we complain to the LVT (leaseholders tribunal) we are noting going to gain much bcos Benjamin Mire is the Chairman of the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal.

So where can we find Justice???? Can someone help me. I'm one of the victims of this white collar organised crime, please help us.
