We decided to withdraw our Trustco Bank Trust Dept. "Gallery" account on February 12th 2013. We telephoned every week and got a different imaginative excuse each time. We did not receive a check until April 13th. Eight weeks to liquidate half a dozen mutual funds is outrageous. Steep charges too. A Bank to avoid!
