We hired Trusted Pardons sometime in late 2015 to help with my husbands Pardon, record and waiver to enter the US and the endless calls I had to make and the constant "we don't know", "it's out of our hands", "its a waiting game", and or many of the other excuses and emails sent to Airel Varner at Trusted Pardons. This message was send on January 25, 2016-  "I need you to call me ASAP. Someone from TPS called my husbands phone today asking if and why he wanted to cancel his application with your office. We never cancelled and or called in to cancel anything. We even paid more money on his file for I believe was his criminal record to be removed, Sorry I don't have the paperwork of my notes when speaking to you back in December 2015 with the names of the applications, but we never called in to cancel anything. I just left you a voice mail. Could you please open his file and check to see what's going on"??? One of many, then this one sent July 5, 2016 - Ariel, Hi its been a while and we have yet to receive or hear back from your office. Any update on -- file? Could you please let me know how things are moving along? We have spent monies on these applications and nothing yet. I realize it takes time but I am hoping for some good news; thanks a bunch, of course NO REPLY and no email returned back to me! I don't know what the status of his application is at this point in time and or if anything was ever done! I want to know who I must complain to and what steps I need to take to get our monies back and possibly charge them for FRAUD! They took over $2,000.00 plus from us and we have no idea if anything was ever done! Someone needs to stop them and charge whoever owns this company. This is FRAUD! I want someone to contact me about this as we are willing to help put an end to these companies that think they can lie and take your money and walk away without any reprecussions, just outrageous!!!
