Trustfax Trustfax will lie that they cancelled your account and continue to charge you!!! Internet

So I got a Trustfax account and used it for a while. Then I no longer had need for it so I was trying to cancel it. I tried calling them but they were closed. So I opened a ticket asking to get my account cancelled. The next day I received a ticket saying should I confirm that I want to cancel. Of course, I responded with yes. Another ticket update says it will be cancelled so thus I thought nothing of it.

Then 7 months later, I looked at my bank statement and realized I've been charged every month from Trustfax. I called them up and their customer service lady apologized and said she will cancel it for me, however, I need to call back at a different time to see if I can get a refund. 

I called another day and found out my account was STILL ACTIVE and I was yet again charged another month! I demanded my account to be cancelled and demanded proof that it will be cancelled and also demand a refund for all those months since July. Another customer service lady told me there was another ticket after the one I received that told me my account was cancelled telling me how to cancel the account, which I never received! And because of this reason, I cannot get a refund. I complained why it wasn't cancelled the last time I called in when I was told, she said I need to have a confirmation number, which I did not have due to my naivety of trusting the customer service lady to actually cancel my account. 

Now, I'm calling my bank to dispute these charges since July.

DON'T USE TRUSTFAX! THEY WILL LIE TO YOU ABOUT YOUR ACCOUNT BEING CANCELLED AND CHARGE YOU BEHIND YOUR BACK!!
