1.  First of all Please Close Your Bank Account--I am going to assume that they are withdrawing money from your checking account; go to your Bank Manager and explain the situation and "insist" that they open up another account; if its a savings account then close down the Savings Account.   When you open up another account be sure to let your creditors (if you have credit cards, auto payments, utility bills , etc--in other words let all those that you are making payments to know what your 'New Account Number" is) but do not let that company that took your money "Truth Finder" know your new account number!  If they -Truth Finders- are automatically taking the money out of your account because you authorized them to 'automatically withdraw' that money -You can Stop that "authorization" thru your Bank....talk to a Bank representative or your Bank Manager; I worked in a bank and this can be done; but You need to do it as soon as possible (asap)!!!

2.  Secondly you need to contact 'your' Attorney General ' in your state and send in your complaint against this company "Truth Finder".  Give them as much information as you can.

3.  Contact the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint about Truth Finders, give them as much info as you can.

Please don't delay....Go to your Bank Immediately; do it quickly so that 'Truth Finders' don't keep overdrawing your account!! Take the day off of work if necessary to Close Your Bank Accounts.  I guarantee you that this will stop them from withdrawing your money! And if its an "Automatic Withdrawal" from your account; you can also permanently Stop them from stealing your money; again, do it Right Away. Don't Delay!

Hope this helps alittle.
