I found Truth-in Lending Auditors on the web. They not only promised me how powerful their loan audit would be, they also promised me that it was highly likely the banks would gave and give me a loan modification. $2700 got quickly taken from me upfront, so pay good attention, otherwise it might happen to you to. I was promised by the salesperson, Sarah Miller, that the loan forensic would force the bank to review my situation and within a month, I would have a loan modification and a settlement. It never happened. It's 3 months later. Truth in Lending Auditors took my money upfront, and now I'm still in the same, if not worse, situation. Truth in Lending Auditors change for the loan forensics audit upfront (that's when they took my $2700 and then tell you the loan modification is done for free (Because it is ILLEGAL to charge up front for a loan modification, and that is their way of getting around that). I had to borrow the $2700 from my 80 year old mother who lives in a different country.
They have different people writing to say they had a good experience. It's very unusual for people to comment like that on Ripoffreport.com, so beware, I honestly believe that company is sending people to say "Oh, I had a good experience, so use them,,,etc).
If you decide to write such a thing here, then let's see your proof of purchase. The money deducted from your personal bank account etc.

I sent this company $825 and put a stop payment on the second $825 they wanted because they stopped responding to my emails. I thought I did the right thing by checking them out with the better business bureau but I guess an A rating does not mean much.

Once again, why not give me your address in Los Angeles? I will access your tax records, as I am a professional in the foreclosure and short sale field.
Of course if you dont, you are just another TILA employee posing as a consumer. Why not explain to everyone on the web again, how I, by printing actual emails between Truth in Lending Auditors caused you to get foreclosed on? I am really interested to hear, and I am sure they will be be too.
All Truth in Lending Auditors have to do is refund my money. But they refuse, why? They would prefer to signon as phoney satisfied customers trying to refute what I am saying.
So, on tila21 you will see the actual emails and correspondance between myself and Truth in Lending Auditors, and how I GOT RIPPED OFF FOR $2700. I show you the actual bank statements of the monies going out of my account.
What do I want? I WANT MY MONEY BACK, BUT THEY REFUSE TO REFUND AN UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!!!
Now if you are wondering whether to use their services, and kiss your hard-earned money goodbye, then go ahead, take the chance. All I am doing is warning you......

P.P.S. To truth in lending auditors, do the right thing and refund my money. No matter how many phoney posts you put on here, people will always wonder, and that wondering will cost you valuable business. If you feel you are okay to take that hit, then just keep on keeping on.

I just read how Tila has helped others. I am looking at example after example of
their fantastic results. No wonder HUD,
Radio programs and many others recommend them.
You screwed me. What are you working for the banks or a competitor? I lost my home due to you. I was ready to go with Tila and even though Tila told me you were lying here, I went with working with the bank myself. The bank said I was approved and then foreclosed on me. Are you going to rent me an apartment so I have some where to live, you turkey?
