Thanks for confirming everything there David, nice to see you finally are admitting you guys are cons. 

I don't have much time to waste on thieves like you, so I'll just state what you guys' do, what you sell, and the reader can make their own decision.  

1) Dennis cointinually says you have nothing to do with Truxperts; yet not only is your name on the front page of the website; the website url is actually " http://davetruxperts.wixsite.com/truxperts1  " Thank you for openenly admittiing you ordered work and did not pay; you proved exactly what I was saying to be true; you order work; dodge the bill, and then run it through one of however many companies you are currently operating so you do not have to pay bills. From my understanding you ripped a bunch of drivers off two and have bankrupted two companies already. 

2) Six Shinez has polished thousands of trucks, with no complaints except for yours so far, if we do recieve a REASONABLE complaint there is no issue on fixing it. We work on trucks that alone are worth more than your guy's entire inventory, with no complaints. Since dealing with your guys' scrap trucks we no longer work on items such as yours that should be in the scrap yard rather than for sale. 

Nothing I have said is false; anyone who would take a look at our website, www.sixshinez.com and see the unit's and items we have done can feel free to judge for themselves, I also welcome them to visit your website, http://davetruxperts.wixsite.com/truxperts1, check out what you are selling and they can make they're own decision to whom is in the right here. 

Bottom line, you order work, you don't pay bills, blame it on whichever company you are going to bankrukpt next, and you have now openly admitted it, I feel sorry for anyone who would even consider doing business with you guys'. 

Out of all the work we have done in the last 5 years; you guys' are the ONLY ONES who have managed to rip us off; that says alot for you guys'. We also now charge up front for most new customers and explain to them our story of how you ripped us out of our money ( in detail ), but they understand, so they pay up front, cause they're not intending to not pay their bill like you guys'.  Cowards do that. 

Got no more time to waste on you thieves, I just hope maybe this has saved at least one person from getting ripped off from you guys'.

 Although your accusations of non payment to your company are 100% true. What you have failed to mention to the readers of this report is just as Dennis indicated, the work was contracted to Earl Sinclair of Six Shinez through my farm which owned and operated the truck in question until it was sold to a friend of mine. The work you performed on this truck was incomplete. As you indicate your a professional alluminum polisher in Alberta and I am guessing BC. Your incompete work was questioned and you indicated it was done correctly. However I did keep photographs of the unit in question and there was incompete polishing on the step boxs, grill and wheels. As well the chrome bumper had spatter all over it and was not whipped off as well as spatter all over the truck.

Now you had completed 6 or more other units for me and they where all done to a respectable finish and you received full payment. Further that you offered 20% off every unit going forward, which I will mention was not on your invoice. Never once was I charged travel by you to come to my home and polish equipment for me, however in this last invoice it was, and not sure why. What I will say is I asked you to come back and finish the job and you would have been paid in full. What happened though is you texted me and said you where on your way. 2 hours later I received another text saying you needed fuel and supplies in red deer and asked if I could etransfer you some money! And yes I sent you 200.00 for fuel and supplies. But you never showed back up to compete the work. This is the crossroad we are at. The fight is not with Truxperts Inc. Regards Dave

 Like I said to you last year Truxperts was not the company you were doing business with. It was Bigstone Highlands. Those trucks you worked on were owned by Bigstone. Nothing to do with Truxperts. You can’t file a claim against a company just because.

Sounds great. I have all information and will file a complete rebutal with all pictures and documents. Pretty simple Mr. Mcauley, don't rip people off, you or your son and theryre would be no rip off report on here. I have a rather large client base in the trucking industry; It'd be appreciated if your son Dave Mcauley would pay his bill from last year, which he never did under Truxperts Inc ( and he did request the work under truxperts inc and if you say not go to your website; is he not listed on there as a direct contact? ) I hope to speak to your lawyer and hope he can insure I get paid for the work that was done last year in regards to truxperts inc,  that would be appreciated.  I would also like to mention that Truxperts has been a registered dealer under Alberta Laws with AMVIC. We are also not required to be bonded because we do not consign vechicles. One question that I have to the person filing this report is he registered with AMVIC to perform work in the Auto Sector. Dennis McAuley

 What these guys do is run under about 6 or 7 different companies. Dave McCauley ( Dennis Mcauley admitted owner of Truxperts ) is Dennis's son. So Dave will do work bill it out to Dennis just under different names, and in turn Dave don't pay their bills. In the rebutal, they forgot to mention if they are bonded which I highly doubt. They were curbing trucks since they started and only recently claim to have become AMVIC licensed. Bottom line, they are known in the falun and Wetaskwin area for ripping people off, just ask a few people around there. And the trucks are junk, don't believe me? Take a look underneath one and see if you can poke a hole through the oil pan with your finger. In general, all around scam artist, bankrupt companies and work under 5 or 6 different company names including Truxperts INC.

 This report is totally false. My name is Dennis McAuley and I’m the president of Truxperts Inc. The other shareholder is Barbara J McAuley. David McAuley is not a 50 percent owner of Truxperts. Truxperts Inc is a Medium and Heavy Duty Truck Dealer and does not sell farm animals and haul gravel as posted. Also Truxperts Inc is not located at Falun Alberta but is located 2 KMs east of Wetaskiwin. This company did do work for Bigstone Highland which is owned by David McAuley and I believe the work done was wheel and tank polishing and I believe there was a problem with the quality of work performed.

I do also know there was other work this company did in the Falun area that the people had problems with. I want this report removed because this is not the way Truxperts Inc does business. Check with any of our customers. No company is perfect and everyone has problems and if they tell you any different they are liars.
