This is the WORST software I have ever used. It is now March 5th, 2013 and ILL. state is still not ready for E-File!!!!!!! They don't even know when the software will be ready for state E-File, I am losing customer left and right and make me look very un-professional. This will be the last year I am using this company's software. NEVER again will I use this TRX Software, I would rather paid couple hundred dollars more for better software. I might even file a law suit againest the company....just a thought.
