I would love to be on the industry class action lawsuit against TRX. I've been on hold for hours, almost every day, hung up on several times because they didn't know how to fix the problem, also contacted sales and was told I would be called back which never happened. I have had to send some of my cllients elsewhere so they could get their money right away, getting complaints from my clients (which I doubt will come to me next year). Now, even sales isn't answering!! They refuse to give you back your money. I too have been there customer for several years, and they weren't the greatest, but this is not only unprofessional, it's humiliating I can be contacted at (((email redacted))). Thanks
