Received a call from the TRX sales department informing me that they had a special going on tax software and it was for a limited time. The offer sounded good and I made the purchase for "software". As it turns out I was buying a membership to this company, which I had no interest in. All my efforts to revoke this sale led to a series of frustration and ended up in futility. I got a lot of rhetoric and double talk from the management of the company. They just kept directing me to their website for clarification and resolution. Their website turns out to be ever evolving and restructuring and no official website address is ever given. I filed a claim with the respective BBB and is now awaiting a decision.
