Try Beauty signed up for trial of product. I did not see any benefit so I did not reorder. Product came again next month at the same time. Called company said I signed up for one year. I told them I signed up for a trial. They said they would stop sending me the product and refund my money. They sent me half of my money and then sent me the product the following month with a bill. My credit card company has been good and have credited my account, but after a month it has happened again for the third time! I may have to cancel my credit card to stop this company. Saw add on internet for Try Beauth and thought I would try it.  It was nothing like I thought it would be, so I would not reorder it. 

The very next month at the same time, the product came again without me reordering it. I called and the company said I had signed up for a year.  I told them no way would I do that on purpose, so take me off your list and credit my account.

The company said they would but sent me a check for half the money I paid. I thought that would be the end of it in May of 2016, and I would live with that. But it happened again in June at the same time.

In June, I again received the product and called our credit card company and filled a report with them.  They credited our account, and are investigating.

I called the company in June and waited 27 minutes on the phone and gave up. I e-mailed the company and their response was, "we will look into it and let you know."  No furthercontact with company in June.

July 2, 2016, again the product came, no additional contact with the company. I made another report with the credit card company, because my account was charged again on July 1, 2016. I will try calling the company again and e-mailing them, but expect no help what so ever.

The one time I talked to the company on the phone, I had great difficulty understanding them (outsourced overseas) and as it turned out they were not telling me the truth because the product continues to come and our credit card account charged each month. I may have to cancel my card and get a new number so for this company to stop.
