I recently purchased Try Replenish Cream and Eye Serum for what I thought was a FREE trial.  It was not clearly stated that if you kept the product for 10 days, they would charge you $89.95 twice.

 

It was advertised as a Free trial and that you would only pay $4.95 for shipping and handling , one for each product.

 

I called 877-775-2984 to cancel the subscribtion that you are automatically signed up for when you are just supposed to be getting a FREE trial of the products.  I now have to ship the products back to: 460 Glover St SE, Suite B, Marietta, GA 30060 and call them back with the tracking number to get a full refund of my money.

Try replenish I wanted to try a trial period and every time I entered a credit card it was rejected and now I am being charged on 3 credit cards for goods that I have NOT RECEIVED I DONT KNOW HOW TO STOP THESE Changes.. At 89.95 for something I don't want to continue receiving is very important to resolve NOW!!!! Internet

I called my bank and the bank had them and I on the phone and we asked the person for some code so the bank can refund my money but that person said no he didn't have a code that the products were shipped out and should receive in 2-4 days.  On the internet

TRY replenish and eye rejuve supposededly Joanne Gaines had started this skincare line, Purchased the two products at 4.95 each and ten days later, was charged an additional 89.95 each product with no warning. I never agreed to signing up for a subscription nor any additional charges. Nothing in the email regarding the additional products or charges. Really pissed. Challenged through my financial institution, and now filing a complaint. Used once and will return these. Will never recommend them to anyone.. marrietta, Internet
