Try Trim Genesis I was charged after cancelling my order does not state Internet

I ordered this product in July of 2017 and cancelled but apparently too late to not be charged the full amount before the 2 week trial ended. I emailed to cancel future orders and was told to call. I emailed again and stated that they have all of my information and to please cancel. I like to have things in writing.

I got an email back on August 3rd, 2017, stating that my account would be cancelled and no further charges or shipments would be incurred. But on August 24th, there were close to $170 withdrawn from my account. When I called to have them reverse the charges, I was told that they do not reverse charges and that my account was never cancelled. I read them the email that was sent to me that clearly states that it was cancelled but was continually talked over and could not get a word in.

The customer rep was extremely rude and refused to switch me to a supervisor. She then told me that now my account is cancelled and I asked about reversing the charges; she hung up on me.

I called back and spoke with another person and was treated pretty much exactly the same way.

I stated I would go through my bank and also the DA office. I was pretty much laughed at.
