I was sendthe special offer of the slimming tablettsby the company for $ 3.95 with free postage on the 29/01/2011, which I thought was great.

I am a single woman on state benefit, who lost her husband to cancer in september2009 and have now got my 2 year old grandson living with me since october 2009.

To top it all I lost my job last year October due to closure of the shop where I worked. With all the stress and upsets I put on quite a bit of weight due to comfort eating.

When I checked if my benefits had been put into my Account I found to my horror that the company in question had debited my Account for the total sum of 72.17, which is more then 1 weeks benefit.

I tried to call them and E-mail them, my E-mails wererevoked and send back and the call to the company was rather upsetting as they said I should have called them within 3 days to cancel the membership.

I did not to my knowledge sign up fora full membershipnor gave them permission to take that amount of money out of my account, and as I am in England I waited for the tabletts to come as they said it was a trial and not a sign on for full membership.

I cancelled my debit card as I can not afford to loose this amount of moneyand now got to wait till I get a new one so that they can not take anymore money from my account. But I lost a whole weeks money and my bank said there is nothing they can do about.
