Dear Kris:

On May of 2007, I purchased an Antilles Sofa set at Anderson's Furniture in Carrollton,TX for my half-million dollar home and I am disillusioned and disgusted on how it has frayed and looks more like it was a 20 year old piece of furniture.

Unfortunately, your product has not performed well because of the craftmanship.The product has started to fray with the poor choices you made in fabricating this piece . There are a few issues this has presented to my family and I:

Insides of the sofa are flying everywhere(feathers) which are highly flammable and the wood frame is shedding and tearing away from the chair

Poor workmanship-the back is pulling away from the frame and wood frame of this product is discoloring and flaking everywhere

Because the pillows were crafted of poor materials-it now snags and tears clothing

Therefore, to resolve the problem, I would appreciate a cash refund or the ability to choose another set immediately!!!! Enclosed are pictures indicating the product concerns in which your company is well aware of and evidently discontinued this line.

I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem within one week.
Response: they've since stated they would do anything to satisfy me but since owner Scott Berry has backpeddled,asked me to bend over backwards with pictures,receipts and I've still not heard back from his company. I bought it from Anderson's furniture and they've refused to help!!!!
