TS Card Benefits Universal Card Group deceptive ripoff company Phoenix Arizona

They took $249.00 from my account and sent nothing in return .....

ON November 4th $249.00 was taken out of my account. After one month of not recieving anything in the mail, I started calling.

I called everyday for 4 weeks and was told the same thing everytime.... Your refund check is in the mail. I to was given a name and extension of a representative Named Nichole she even gave me a private number and ext. to call 602-564-7864 ext.209.

Nichole told me that she would personally make sure that my refund check got in the mail and told me to call if not recieved within five days.

I called back after five days and was told that Nichole no longer worked there, and was given the manager named Pat.He to personally guarenteed me a refund.

To this day 3/10/03 I have not recieved one thing from this company. When I call now the phone just rings and rings.
