TS Luxury Group Tried to get Money for Title Insurance in the guise of selling my time share. Lake Worth , Florida

I was contatcted by TS Luxury Group who told me that they had a buyer for my timeshare . I was doubtful, but he said they would express mail the papers to me by monday, today being Sat. I said fine. He gave me a price which seemed reasonable. I knew it was a scam when he said he was goingto transfer me to their insurance dept to finalize the deal.

He then got back on the phone and said everything was already to go. The buyer had agreed to the price and all I had to do was give him my credit card  , visa, mc, american express, so they could purchase title insurance for me. I told him I don't need title insurance. He said that is the law. The gov't requires the seller to purchase title insurance which is then reimbursed at closing, and he gave me a closing date in May... LOLOL... I told him that I was not giving him my credit card or anything else and he hung up. He did however know that I have never used the timeshare, so he had done some investigating . DO NOT EVER Give your credit card to anyone ont he phone...
